If I had a raincoat this cute I would be praying for rain EVERYDAY! OK really who am I kidding, I live in South Texas, I'm always praying for rain it seems. LOL! But seriously who wouldn't love a rainy day if they were able to look this cute. I LOVE this making memories DP it's one of my ABSOLUTE favorites.
