Tier of Treats was one of those stamps that I just had to have. I usually buy my stamps from 3 places, Stampin' Up,Papertrey,Gina K Designs, but when I saw this stamp I had to have it and went out in search of it. I found it at my LSS. I believe the DP is American Crafts, the ribbon is Mike's and the image is colored with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol. I just adore the phrase " Life is Uncertain, eat dessert FIRST!" isn't that the truth..
